Why is it that we can so often see the changes we need to make to improve our relationships, our work and our confidence - yet we find it so hard to do so?
Or maybe we do manage to make those changes, for a while, but then we slip back into the same old unhelpful habits and patterns..
As a therapist helping hundreds of clients, I’ve seen that these patterns stem from deep-rooted limiting beliefs, held in the subconscious. In fact, there are four main limiting beliefs that so many of us carry.
These limiting beliefs, often learnt in childhood, run in the background of our awareness. They're like information on a hard drive - and much as we try to change how we think and what we do - they keep running the same old programs!
Sometimes people say "well just learn to love yourself and all will be well". And while it’s true that self-love is the magical ingredient of a happy life, we cannot truly love ourselves when fear is blocking the way.
First, we need to rid ourselves of these fear-based beliefs. Most importantly we need to understand why these self-sabotaging beliefs have taken such a firm grip on us; and we need to utilise proven psychological methods to clear them.
In Out Of Fear Into Love: Life doesn’t have to be a struggle, I teach proven psychological methods; such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), along with the process I’ve developed from helping hundreds of my therapy clients let go of these self-sabotaging beliefs. In the book, I also show how to replace these with new, self-loving, ways of thinking and behaving.
And that’s when life becomes oh so much better!
Out Of Fear Into Love: Life doesn’t have to be a struggle also includes easy to read case studies to help you identify with the methods and techniques in the book.
